CX-AM-OT/V is applicable to fiber optic broadband transmission platform for headend and hub locations that supports advanced broadband HFC telecommunications systems. CX-AM-OT/V has one primary RF input for broadcast and one secondary RF input port for narrowcast applications. It is capable of transmitting a mix of analog and digital channels from 47MHz to 870MHz through a front-panel optical output connector. In addition, it also has 2 front-panel RF test points, and LED and LCD on the front panel provides status and alarm information.
    CX-AM-OT/V features a state-of-the-art predistortion circuit to provide superior composite second order (CSO) and composite triple beat (CTB) distortion performance. During the manufacturing process, the performance of each laser is characterized and its optimal operating point is stored in nonvolatile memory (NVM) within the unit. No user adjustments of RF or laser drive levels are required by the operator to ensure that the guaranteed link performance is automatically achieved on power up.
     In order to insure optical power stability and laser safety, it adopts automatic optical power control, automatic laser operating temperature control, and automatic inner temperature control. Optical power, laser operating temperature, laser bias current, RF level, DC power working voltage are real time monitored, displayed and remote controlled by microcomputer; there are also alarm for overflow of various parameters and fault handling.

    19" standard 1U rack design, suitable for indoor installation.
